About IMI

Intelligent Manufacturing and Inspections is Minds Mechanical’s proprietary flagship software, created in-house by a team of experienced engineers, metrologists, and developers. IMI is a cloud based, mutli-tenant system that was created first and foremost to save time, money, and reduce waste by streamlining the manufacturing process. All aspects of production are brought under one roof, increasing visibility and efficiency.

Both part and tooling inspections are uploaded directly into the system and automatic notifications are sent out immediately for Non-Conformance Reports, enabling manufacturers to address the issue faster than ever before. Inspections and inspection reports live within the system and notifications can be received anywhere at any time.

All parts, assemblies, and projects are hosted on the system and can be viewed by any authorized users. IMI automatically revisions new changes and saves all user activity and history. IMI hands administrators full control over user creation and role definitions, which keeps project information secure by ensuring that users can only navigate and access what the administrator authorizes. In addition, this enables companies to collaborate with partners while keeping sensitive data secure. Our platform also provides a robust user analytics system for administrators.
